1. When buying modem, Please fill in the warranty card  completely,correctly as truth.  
2. Please properly keep the warranty card and purchase invoices.
3. Please bring the original warranty card or invoice for maintenance  (warranty card and invoice must complete deals in card unit and have  official seal, and shall not be altered, or it's invalid).
After-sales service
  If it's broken during consumer normal use and non-artificial  damage,you will enjoy the following three months replacement, a year  warranty.
Service commitments.
1. Within 7 days from the date of purchase, if the Modem have non- artificial damage, You can choose refund payment or replace a same  modem or fix it.
2. If the non-artificial damaged occured during 8 days to 15 days you  bought,you can replace the same model Or get repaired. 
3. Within one year from the date of purchase, if the Modem have non- artificial damage you can enjoy free warranty service.
